Delete your RigCast account
This page explains how to request deletion of your RigCast account and the data associated with it.
How to request deletion
Email support@rigcast.app with the subject "Delete my account", from (or naming) the email address you used to sign up. We will verify the request and delete your account.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account and email address
- Your saved routes
- Your truck profile
- Your route-check history (your RigScore data)
What may be kept
We may retain aggregated, anonymized information about road and weather conditions that is used to improve the risk model. This data is not linked to you or your account and cannot be used to identify you.
Timing
Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request.
