RigCast estimates weather and road risk along a route and offers a suggested verdict (such as Go, Caution, Wait, or Shut Down). These are estimates based on third-party forecasts and models. Conditions can change quickly and can differ from any forecast. Always confirm conditions with official sources (such as state DOT / 511 services and the National Weather Service) and your own observation before and during a trip.
No warranty
The app and its data are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Weather, routing, and map data come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RigCast and its developer are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, citation, or other harm arising from use of, or reliance on, the app or its information. Your use of RigCast is at your own risk.
Acceptable use
Do not interact with the app while driving in a way that distracts you from operating your vehicle safely. Use hands-free and voice features responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

You are responsible for activity under your account. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled and how to delete your account.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves; material changes are reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
